If you decide to post the damaged drives to us please do it in a secure and safe way.
Our preferred providers are:
- Australia Post – very cost effective and safe. You need to make sure it is at minimum a registered post. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items if sent as regular post. Please wrap the items properly with bubble wrap (can purchase it from any Australia post shop) and put in a proper box. Basic included insurance of registered post is $100, you can increase that if you desire.
- Courier Services – good solution but is a little bit more expensive then the first option. You can use your own courier or we can arrange one for you. Please wrap the items properly with bubble wrap (can purchase it from any Australia post shop) and put in a proper box. Insurance depends on your courier.
